EMB200 Ipanema is a Brazilian agricultural aircraft used for aerial application, particularly crop dusting. It is produced by Indústria Aeronáutica Neiva. The aircraft is widely employed in Brazil, having market share of about 80%, and the 1,000th delivery was completed on 15 March 2005. Besides aircraft, alcohol-conversion kits for gasoline-powered Ipanemas are also sold.

Love this thing to bits, great model, flies nicely! Just had some pink texture issues on the no-spray variants for some reason, only real issue I have noticed. Only visible from the outside.

The modeling, texture work and feature set of the EMB200 is relatively weak at this price point. More critical users may find both the flight model and interior quality to be at odds with the otherwise immersive MSFS experience.

Fun little AG plane, cant find the manual for it yet, just about found out how to turn the spray on, is there a button to program?
Only bad side for me is the engine looping sound, could just do with tweaking, esp for those who use a butt kicker amp.

Been flying this a ton past few days since i got it, its so fun, I use it for skypark work, great for some illicit hauling! ;)
Meanies says its ugly, i say its different, I like it! Model is superb and it flies differently to other things I have.
There is one issue, I get pink textures around the window hatches from the outside view and inside the cockpit when looking from the outside. But I'm sure that will be sorted. Probably not the only one.
Just wish I had more people that owned this thing! xD

Flies right, physics seem accurate, spray function is amazing for it being the first plane with any such function in MSFS. My only issue is the COM channels are not adjustable... I'd love to use this in Vatsim, but having no access to change comms channels kills that opportunity.. hopefully in another update we'll see some changes made? Other than that, this is a gorgeous aircraft.

WOW and I've not even gotten into it or the spray yet. I BUY a lot of planes for MSFT and this one is a great little model. Interiors great - flies super well, excellent views... many well done camera angles. Ig it disapoints later I'll change review. In first 15 minutes... WOW

We are on v5 of this add-on and it's solid! Spray works both inside and out (you have to fill it before takeoff), flight model solid (they got the tail dragger aspect correct), and the cockpit/visual model is spot on both inside and out. Comments were made about how the pilot looks in the cockpit from external view but after reviewing some real world pics it looks about right. The only thing left that's a sore spot for me is internal lighting at night in the cockpit and when opening the side windows you don't hear the wind rush sound like in other add-ons like the JF Arrow. Also the cockpit canopy still doesn't open. If they get these few items addressed this is easily a 5 star add-on. Great job so far, looking forward to v6.

Reviewing this again after v4. The flight model issues seem all but resolved. The pilot height in the cockpit when looking at the plane from external view needs to get addressed (already reported by another reviewer here). Lighting (internal/external landing and Nav lights) needs to be fixed as no lights work on this aircraft. Also the canopy doesn't open. I still can't get the smoke to deploy and based on what others have reported you should be able to see the smoke both inside and outside the aircraft. What's reported is external smoke is all that's working. If they can get these few items fixed this bird will be a solid aircraft to get.

It's getting better. Glad to see a 3D pilot added for external view. However his head is sticking out thru the top of the aircraft. Pls fix.

Version 1.03.
The flight model has increased significantly and the developer is very fast in responding to community wishes. So you can now open the window for instance and the visuals for the spraying has improved further. The aircraft is still difficult to fly, but that's just the case with tail draggers. I upgrade my review from 3 to 5. It is a lot of fun to fly.

An incredibly fun aircraft and I love the new spraying effects.
That said to make this a 5 star release there's just a few flight model things that need to be worked out, right now it is still difficult to reduce speed because the flaps do not work correctly.

Version 1.02 the spray system is much better now. Great They added 2 models and winglets toggle. The flaps flightmodel need more work to properly function as they should. Tested wing drop stall, but it's impossible to recover.

The exterior of the aircraft is very nice, so are the visual effects. Unfortunately it is almost unflyable. During takeoff it is very twitchy, but with a little practice it is at least flyable. During landing though:Even though the stallspeed is at 52kts (interestingly according to the cfg file it is the same for flaps up and full flaps) if you fly at 70kts and try to flare, the nose just drops down and even thoug the aircraft was trimmed perfektly for 70kts you have not remotely enough elevator authority to flare the aircraft. (even Version 1 was better in that regard). I hope this can be fixed, then the aircraft gets 5 stars from me. It is exactly what I was looking for.
p.s. I have 13.000 real life hours, so I am pretty sure it is not my fault with the landings.

Great looking aircraft with potential to become great overall.
1.It's really twitchy and slippery at take off. Very easy to lose control of, which can be a fun challenge if done right, but it's way to slippery on the ground and unstable in the air.
2.The flight model seems a little stiff or robotic feeling.
3. Needs a pilot model in the cockpit otherwise it just looks like an RC aircraft.
4.The spray effects are nice to see but need some refinement. They are too thick and to short. However its great to see it being implemented in game!
Its a good aircraft, just needs some updates which I'm confident the dev will do. Please?

This is blast to fly! It handles like a dream and just loves to fly close to the ground. My only complaint is that you have to manually fill the spray tank. And I had to read the docs to figure it out. But that's a minor gripe for such an awesome plane!

Great visibility, strong climbing ability and a very engaging flying experience. I really enjoy sightseeing and especially following steep mountain contours, as the strong engine output permits impressive "uphill" performance and acceleration feeling comparable to light jet single-seaters! On the other hand, the flight model feels rough, underdeveloped and non-realistic, the power-off stall is inexplicably abrupt no matter how cautiously the manoeuvre is carried out. Lastly, some bugs are also present such as the annoyingly persistent erroneous altimeter, which insists yielding 1000ft less indicated altitude than it should. In general, the addon leaves a pleasant overall impression, although it deserves to be further improved as it is capable to reach the highest possible ranking among MS2020 single-seaters! It offers a joyous ride and possesses a unique adventurous temperament that produces tons of excitement and leaves no space for boredom.
