Please make sure you run flight simulator as Administrator (right click the Prepar3D shortcut and select 'Run as Administrator' option) and that you have Administrator rights at your computer.
For Prepar3D version:

** The product was developed and tested on Windows 8.1 OS. If you have no issues with Prepar3D on Windows 8.1 there will be no issues with our product as well.
777-200 Base Pack FSX version does not work on Prepar3D and vice versa.
