This simulation provides an extremely accurate rendition of the DH 106 Comet 4C, the definitive Comet variant, presented here in nine liveries. The extraordinarily detailed virtual cockpit features include fully equipped pilot and co-pilot panels, an engineer’s station with every conceivable control, switch and gauge modelled, and a navigator’s station incorporating all the equipment needed for authentic navigation operations.
Among the other features which make this the ultimate simulation of this aircraft are highly accurate flight dynamics, full navigation and night lighting, hundreds of accurate external animations, and a detailed cabin area with stewardess in attendance - Comet Jetliner brings you the complete and authentic and accurate experience of flying British aviation's most iconic jetliner!

Looking at the low price and long ago release date one might expect a subpar or low rez offering. Not so. This has some very nice textures and loads of excellent detailing. Nearly every switch and button is clickable. They may not actually do anything, but hey clicking can be satisfying too. Perhaps part of the reason for the low price is that many of the clickables don’t actually affect anything. Pressurization is totally automatic among most other systems. Forgetting to turn on fuel, pitot, or engine heaters or anti icers won’t change your flight through even the coldest and iciest weather. But you can still turn them on or off…it just won’t matter.
One particularly annoying problem is once you open a cockpit window you cannot ever close it. Why? Well just don’t open the windows until you’ve landed I guess. Still this plane flies like expected and has great audio. It’s very enjoyable all around despite the passenger cabin being only half complete with no left hand details or even windows. Weird. Totally worth the price though.
For collectors like me it’s a must have. You can’t have any early jet age planes without the Comet 4 and call it a “collection”. The first Comet versions were also the first jet powered transatlantic and pressurized passenger aircraft. Comets 1&2 had square windows which contributed to pressurization failures and mid flight break ups. The 4 is the best and final variation of the historic aircraft which also sported rounded passenger windows that are found on jetliners to this day.
FSX Steam win 10 3.3ghz i7 16gb ram, Intel 630 UHD integrated graphics.
This Vintage Jetliner is a must have, it does have a few quirks, but nothing too serious its a great Aircraft to have and fly and I enjoy it a lot, its worth having really. Vintage Jetliner all the way.
Passenger Cabin is only 1/2 a cabin tho and only can see out the passenger windows on the right side from inside the passenger cabin, the left side has no windows ??
NOT just Flights doing tho, another developer !!
Overall a fun Aircraft to Fly !!!
