Leipzig/Halle Airport is an international airport located in Schkeuditz, Saxony and serves both Leipzig, Saxony and Halle, Saxony-Anhalt.

It is Germany's 11th largest airport by passengers and handled more than 2.61 million passengers in 2019 mainly with flights to European leisure destinations. In terms of cargo traffic, the airport is the fifth-busiest in Europe and the second-busiest in Germany after Frankfurt Airport, having handled 1,238,343 metric tonnes of cargo in 2019.

Ich habe noch den FSX auf der Platte, habe mir damals schon EDDP von DIGITAL DESIGN gekauft. Was soll ich sagen, ich war begeistert von dem Flughafen und noch dazu FPS freundlich. Doch nun zum MSFS 2020 und zur Installation des neu erworbenen Flughafens Leipzig der über die simMarket APP in den Flugsimulator kam. Auf der Bahn 26L und auf den Parkflächen des Frachtbereichs stehen viele Bäume. Mit so einem Fehler ist der Flughafen unbenutzbar. Ich habe noch die Asobo-Variante von EDDP deinstalliert, leider ohne Erfolg. EDDP von DIGITAL DESIGN flog wieder von der Platte.

Thanks for creating my home airport in an updatet version for this great flightsim! Details are awesome, there could be some more like at the DHL Hub (the Hotel at the apron) or trucks at Cargo City South but anyway it looks pretty good, thanks again!

Like Salzburg and Linate, this airport deserves no other team than DIGITAL DESIGN to reproduce them faithfully (the rendering of the bridges is breathtaking!). I am now waiting for LFLL (Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport) for the MSFS2020 platform (I hope it will be the next one from this amazing team :)!) A big thank you to SIMMARKET for the attention given to their loyal customers!
