Airport Rome Fiumicino LIRF, the hub of Rome the capital of Italy, now for Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX and P3D. Developed by DreamFactorystudio this scenery represents an realistic recreation of the complete Fiumicino airport.
Rome airport Fiumicino or Leonardo da Vinci airport of Rome is Italy’s first airport and Europe’s sixth where traffic volume is concerned. It lies 16 miles southwest of Rome and is linked to the city by train and by road.
In 2007 ADR total traffic in Rome airports Fiumicino and Ciampino C hit about 38 million passengers: 150 destinations worldwide may be reached from Rome city, by the 160 airlines operating in the two airports.
The airport has been totally rebuilt with photo realistic ground textures and textures. Almost every building has been included in this version built with FSX technic.
At present, no solution has arrived yet and I 've uninstalled his scenery and installed a free one, really much more better. I am very disappointed.

And the plane jumps when taxiing on the runway or when the plane moves with her for taxiing.
p.s. I posted here because my letter did not reach the developer.
If there is no support, there is no need to block messages buyers.

Following an immediate patch (identical dimensions of the first file), the face of the airport is changed as from night to day.
The framerate is back to acceptable levels, and the lighting is in normal parameters.
Some little jump at the entrance of the runaways (25, and the intersection of taxiway A with 7 in the direction of the 16R) that I have experienced up until now.
The quality has improved during both takeoff landing day and night.
The scenery remains heavy (despite a computer exclusively for FSX, are noticed problems loading textures), probably missing some light of the taxiway, and two lines of manual perhaps with an additional patch to follow in the future to solve these problems.
First I was waiting for the other reviews, and when they came I decided also to give it a chance, and I am very happy with it, waited a long time for Rome.
Night lighting is also fantastic.
I never understood why Aerosoft did stop this project, because this airport is top and of high standards, much better than a lot of others airports, and which cost sometime much more.
Buy it !!
Use it in fsx and p3d.
Apart from the correct reproduction of the entire airport, as in other products of this software house (Mega Airport Brussels, Amsterdam and Arlanda) all in my possession, I must say that this leaves me very surprised.
It looks like a product still in the embryonic stage, not ready for launch (I assume was what he had to go out by Aerosoft, who quite rightly have withdrawn their support for the project and successfully returned the money to those who had anticipated purchasing more than one year ago). Frame rate, lights, scenery autogen .... unwatchable, and I guarantee that I have dozens of European scenary and not payware.
Say no more, but I hope in the correctness of the software house for quick update packages, otherwise the expenditure was wasted and useless.
