Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (IATA: LIR, ICAO: MRLB), also known as Liberia International Airport, is the second busiest airport in Costa Rica. The airport is located in the city of Liberia in Guanacaste Province.

Liberia Intl Airport serves specially as a tourism hub for those who visit the Pacific coast and Western Costa Rica. Considered a main "gateway" to the Costa Rican Riviera often called the Golden Coast.

The airport is named for Daniel Oduber Quirós, who served as president of Costa Rica from 1974 to 1978. Just 30 minutes away from the Papagayo Gulf (Four Seasons Pagapayo, Hilton Papagayo, Occidental Papagayo) and 45 minutes to an hour from the other resorts like Westin Playa Cochal, RIU Guanacaste, Tamarindo Diria, Witch's Rock Surf Camp and JW Marriott at Hacienda Pinilla.

Such has been the demand that a new and larger terminal was inaugurated on February 2012.

Great, professional quality scenery and an exceptional value. One my favorites out of the hundreds of addons I own. If you fly Central and/or South America, it's a great location for either a final destination or refueling stop for 737's or 319/320's from NA! Beautifully done.

Still conflicts with KSFO (default or 3rd party) no fix yet.

Just purchased and installed in P3D v3.1 without any single issue. I test each new airport at down to check the lights - sometimes not working properly from a sim version to another -. It's well worth its price, even when not on sale. Highly recommended.

Love it! Love it! This is one of my favorites. Great framerates. Outstanding scenery for a great price. It captures the mood and essence of being in Costa Rica. Only a few are able to do that so well. I would rank the satisfaction index of this scenery up there with Flytampa and Pacsim. Interior of the airport is a nice touch. I will be watching for the next one.
