Many of our products are freely downloadable, you are just purchasing a key to register them.  The download link is shown on the respective product page, please download the file from there!

WHERE DO I FIND MY DOWNLOAD?
Whenever you purchase a downloadable product you will find the link in your User Account, under Order History: click on the respective -Order Date-. You will see the link on the bottom of the page listing all order information.

DOUBLE ORDERS
Unpaid double orders are NOT a problem! Any order you make that has not been paid for will not be delivered and does not mean a commitment from your side. You get what you paid for and we get your payment for what you get.....
We DO not recharge your orders, we actually do not even actively charge any orders, it is YOU the customer that actively pays for an order either by credit card, paypal or bank transfer!

LOST REGISTRATION KEY
Normally you can retrieve your registration key from the respective order details page in your customer account online. Should you have received your key directly from the developer/author/publisher of the product then you need to request the key directly there. Support addresses are shown in the products manual and/or on the respective page in the shop.

ARE ORDERS FOR DIRECT DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS REFUNDABLE?
No, you have no legal grounds for a refund due to the nature of the goods, they are not returnable. To avoid abuse we do not offer any refund for intagible goods.

CREDIT CARD NOT ACCEPTED
We have implemented strict security measures for credit card payments. If your card does not meet one of them, it will simply not be accepted. This is a tribute tothe  fraudulent use of credit cards by criminal elements in our community..

The most common problem happens when the place of issuance of your card is not the same as your actual world location. If this is the case please use our alternative methods of payment: PayPal (quickest), bank transfer or cash.

WILL YOU SEND A CD?
No... most of our products are for direct download or you can even download the product before purchasing so you will only be receiving a registration key.
Any physical (boxes, hardware, etc)  products will be shipped to you by the respective publisher or manufacturer.

WHERE DO I FIND MY REGISTRATION KEY?
Whenever you purchase a product please first check the information listed in the respective prodcuts listing page in the shop to know if your product requires a key and if so how it is delivered::

  • Registration Key upon purchase: You will find your registration key listed in the -Order History- link of your User Account. Click on the respective order date for a detailed listing of the order.
    Note: keys are only shown if payment for order has been received.
  • Key will be supplied within 24 hours of purchasethis means that the author/developer will email you your key. If after 24 hours you have not received please contact the respective developer/publisher/author directly for the key to be resent.

I KEEP BEING RETURNED TO THE SAME PAGE
Every time the system returns you to an entry page, it means that a required entry is missing. Please recheck all fields and fill in the missing information.
HOT TIP
: on the customer details entry page the -STATE- field is one customers most commonly forget.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, WHY IS IT SO COMPLICATED TO ORDER?
If this is your first purchase then this will be a two step process: all customers need a customer account.
Before the actual purchase process is initiated the system will ask you for your customer details (name, address, etc) so it can create a customer account. This is a one time event only and on all future purchases the system will know who you are already.

I ORDERED VARIOUS ITEMS... BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED
We carry products with different delivery forms. Most are automatic file download or registration key deliveries. However some products require that we manually issue a registration key that is then sent to you via email.  Should one of this products be among the various items you ordered then the entire order is halted until we process that one key manually. Officially this can take up to 24 hours... but normally it happens much quicker..

SUPPORT: WHERE DO I GET SUPPORT FOR MY PURCHASES
simMarket.com can not and will not give any product related support for products purchased.
Product related support will always be given directly by the Developer, Author and or Publisher or Manufacturer.
Please check the respective product information page on simMarket.com where in the Information Box on top of each products description  you will find a line titled SUPPORT. This line will always show information about where to turn for product related support!

yes i know this product is 10 years old and no longer has tech support but i bought the competitor's product and after 3 days of trying to get the autopilot v/s and alt hold to work and the same for the fuel management i bought this. you don't need tech support if everything works as advertised (and it does). i gave it 4 stars because the sun visor sometimes is down when i load a flight and there is no way to get it to go back up other than reload/restart the aircraft/flight respectively.

The airport is nicely done though I find the island too green and the worst is the autogen, default one. An iconic key element of the island is the specific autogen in the cliff but you only see default one. So if interested only in the airport this is fine

I gave it one star for the simple reason that this is not a true P3D5 scenery. After the installation you need to add the scenery manually, which many of P3D5 apps do not have to do. When starting sometimes objects are misplaced like houses in the sky, trees in the sky. It requires a couple of attempts before it shows up properly. I understand that SimMarket relies on the actual vendor when categorizing, but perhaps due diligence should be done before bring a product to the market.... Do not recommend this product.

I often fly up and down the east coast of Australia and the updated scenery made by Gibson Sceneries is fantastic! It's much better than ORBX AUv2 and brings a lot of life to the region that is left out by ORBX. It's beautiful looking at the different blues of the water as well as the stunning beaches up and down the coast. Recommend this product to anyone who likes to go up and down between south-east Queensland and Victoria!
