In dieser 126 A4 Seiten  pdf.Datei sind sämtliche Symbole der Jeppesen Flugkarten aufgeführt, definiert und erklärt. Es ist also nicht einfach nur der Name zum Symbol, sondern liefert eine Erklärung (Definition) dazu. Wichtig: Das Manual liefert keine Verfahren, sprich zeigt nicht, wie man z.B: einen ILS- Anflug nach Karte im praktischem Verfahren im Flugzeug selber durchführt! Um aber einen ILS Anflug durchführen zu können, benötigt es die Karte die man lesen und verstehen muss  - und das ist genau das, was dieses Manual liefert! In diesem Manual werden sämtliche Karten (SID's, STAR's etc. ) bezüglich Aufbau und Symbolen definiert. Des weiteren gibt es dazu ein umfangreiches Fachwortverzeichnis, um die vielen Abürzungen definieren zu können.
