Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (IATA: PVD, ICAO: KPVD, FAA LID: PVD) is a public international airport in Warwick, Rhode Island, United States, 6 miles (5.2 nmi; 9.7 km) south of the state's capital and largest city of Providence. Opened in 1931, the airport was named for former Rhode Island governor and longtime senator Theodore Francis Green. Rebuilt in 1996, the renovated main terminal was named for former Rhode Island governor Bruce Sundlun. It was the first state-owned airport in the United States.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021 categorized it as a small hub primary commercial service facility.
PVD covers an area of 1,111 acres (450 ha) and has two runways.
T. F. Green Airport is a regional airport serving the FAA's New England Region in the FAA System Plan. The airport is the largest and most active airport among the six operated by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC).

Simmarket's rendering of KPVD is historically accurate as of 2015/2016.
Some of the smaller things
-Northstar Aviation FBO has since changed to Atlantic (very nice work on having the FBO frequency banner apron side)
-The geodesic dome has since been deconstructed
-Hanger 3 proper renders the flight school (even including the "Learn to Fly Here" Banner, excellent work)
-Hanger 4 (directly south of hanger 3) sadly doesn't show up (no fault of the developer, as it was built mid 2019)
-Winslow Park (directly to the east of the fire station) still appears as a grove of trees (in 2016, due to the expansion of runway 5/23, were relocated (ref, https://warwickonline.com/stories/airport-projects-take-off,101979)
If the developer(s) reach out, I would have no problem providing some insights on the changes. Nonetheless, excellent work on rendering KPVD.
I live near providence and this is a very accurate rendition of the airport and surrounding buildings. Lot's of details without killing the PC performance. Excellent job by the developers. For a long time, TF Green was neglected by the scenery designers, and this ended with this release. Buy it with confidence. As far as those users who left one or two stars, none of those reviews make any sense to me, all I can say to them is... "get a life" LOL.
I’ve had this scenery since it launched, and the updates have been getting better each time. As it’s my local airport (where I also work), I really needed a PVD. It’s been since FS9 that there has been a quality version of tf green.
The developer is amazing at communication. I had several email exchanges with them, and they were attentive and quick to respond. Within about a week (maybe less?), of me pointing out the misplaced jetway logos, they updated the scenery to reflect that.
Now, the scenery itself, does have some issues. On flightsim.to the dev. Says they are working on a 2.0. AWESOME. The terminal in this version is great. Personally I don’t care for interiors (its nice, but not a requirement), but the exterior of the terminal is great. Only a few gate numbers missing on the terminal. Otherwise great. Lack of parking for GA and cargo is the biggest issue left IMO. There is however a huge performance impact, that I hope 2.0 will address. Also, would love to have proper AI parking codes, so southwest goes to gates 15,17,19, or 21, etc.
Overall a welcome addition to my sim, and a recommend for anyone who needs/wants to fly into providence. Based on my experiences with this developer, I expect the coming updates to only make it better!
Custom ortho does not match areas. Centerline line lights going to the gates. To many edge lights...they're all over the place. Military trucks at the cargo ramp. The markings are pretty bad and look low-resolustion. The main terminal part is missing detail where you park at the gate. It's just people moving back and forth and they're is barely any seating. They also have trees covering runway. I would've bought another version if I knew it was this bad.
Big mistake buying this! Performance is terrible! They didn’t even model the whole airport! Hotels and garages are just mush! I thought these guys were supposed to get better? This developer was purely lazy!
Absolutely a mess of an airport! Shipping containers and cars on the terminal ramp?!? Gate numbers are missing...there's no interior besides the sailboat part. Just concrete poles...The airport seems to have some glitching on the big walkway where something flashing on and off. GA/ CARGO RAMP spawns are missing as they're are none.
The airports hangars have no detail and texturing looks awful...also the doors and windows are wrong. Looks like it was thrown together in 5-minutes...
Apparently the airport also has no streetlights either I guess? Biggest thing being they left out the Patriots 767 that sits right next to the terminal. It's quite a shame as I was really looking forward to this airport...
Ok..Let's be frank. Scenery developers have their signatures. FLY 2 HIGH is no different. The work this team/developer puts out is good. I have many titles, and I must say this is much, much better than what was compared. The scenery has details and life. The developer did a good job. There are some imperfections, but nothing, I'm sure of, that the developer will pick up on their next update. This airport has been missing for a looooong time. (FS9 heydays for those of us that remember) Great job FLY 2 HIGH.
This is a really nice experience for me, I was hesitant to buy it because of previous bad experiences with products from this team, but this is the most perfect time. Should experience it in online mode, it will be very good
I was hesitant to buy it because of previous experiences with products from this team, but this is probably the most complete experience I have ever had, keep going, you guys are doing it right.
The main building is very carefully consulted, beautiful from the small details, you will see that they try very hard. So the experience with the online mode will be perfect. I couldn't ask for more in this product
