No Hassle

No extra software needed. Just put into your community folder, start MSFS and activate in the toolbar.

Instruction

Run the SoftBrake-Installer.exe
Select your MSFS community directory
Installation should be completed, you can open your MSFS now
Open the SofBrake Settings in the toolbar (soft brake icon with small gear symbol)
Enter your license code to activate the plugin
Push your joystick forward, check if the "braking" bar appears on the screen, on the left side

Requirements

- MSFS2020 or MSFS2024

- Internet connection

- Plugin may not work in the carrer mode in MSFS2024!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I have wanted something like this for 20 years! It works great! Exactly what I needed. I got so tired of trying to modulate my keypresses.. could never get it right.. now it feels so smooth!!! Great work! I don't care about the career mode, that is completely broken anyway. Oh and the ad is hilarious!! :)

Braking as smooth as never before! Simple as that. BUT: It doesn't work in MSF2024 career mode (where it could be especially useful ...). I've tried to first start in in freeflight: it works. Then I changed to career mode: nope. I know that in career mode MSFS doesn't allow any modifications at the toolbar, but perhaps there is a possibility to allow only the function, not the settings via the configuration window, that is accessible via the toolbar.
