Have you ever seen your friends with a new addon and wondered to yourself how it handles? Have you ever wanted to fly with your friends or take control of their aircraft during VFR while they are AFK?

SkyShare is a shared cockpit controls addon developed for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

SkyShare allows you to connect to your partner and take controls of their yoke and throttle. Fly any addon / aircraft! You don't even need Microsoft Flight Simulator installed... just have the SkyShare window up and you're ready to go!

We use a TCP server to stream your joystick controls over the internet over to your partner's PC, where a client receives the control movements and reflects those movements to MSFS. Our technology has next to zero latency, tested with locations as far as from Canada to Australia, from Canada to United Kingdom, and of course, Canada to the United States.

For the person controlling the aircraft, you only need your joystick plugged into your computer, with just SkyShare installed. You don't even need a copy of MSFS installed on your computer. The only requirement we have is: you must have a form of screensharing tool with your partner so you can see their aircraft, as only 1 person needs MSFS installed (Discord, Skype, Teamviewer, any other screensharing program etc.). We have built a primary flight display in the server window so the partner without the sim installed (who is controlling the aircraft) can see their flight control movements; screensharing is recommended to actually see the big picture.

Your router must support port-forwarding, as that is how you will need it to connect to your partner's IP.

SkyShare currently only supports joysticks. A big reason is because I don't have a yoke or any hardware throttles, so I can't test and get the values of the axis. However, if you have one and would like to contribute to the project (with perks, of course!), please get in touch with us and we can schedule you a time to work directly with me to get your yoke supported.

Nice done! Nice fps! The airport and surrounding scenery are wonderful. I had looked for this airport for a long time, then, it suddenly appeared, AMAZING!

This applications save me from the disappointment of not being able to use the B787 Dreamliner. I recently upgrade my Standard MSFS2020 to Premium Deluxe just so I wanted to try this new airliner. I read in the forums that there is a known issue with the B787 but I never thought that it almost ruined my experience and my faith I had on ASOBO. The aircraft won't do a tight turn. If you did, its stop and won't move at all. So you have to figure out how to make it move again. If you an experienced and long time player you just know what to do. Also if you put too much fuel or too much payload. The aircraft will start to bounce when you start taxiing it on the runaway. This apps save the rage in me because it can assign steering tiller and make you steer the aircraft easily and responsively.

Not all the buttons work, but most do. I would love to see an update that adds the hud and and maybe higher res textures, but this plane is most definitely worth it in it's current form.

Very good representation of the airport. The main terminal building roof colors are exactly like the real life. This is probably the best scenery for this airport. Thank you Sierrasim for making my home town airport

For a first attempt at MSFS scenery, I think this is pretty good. I would advise the authors to work on adding PBR with an update, and to improve the resolution of the front sign. Also the model of the approach lights is very good, but they need to be made operational, instead of just overlapping with the default ones.

Outstanding and amazing job on this airport, we need to see more African airports with this type of accuracy, I was in Senegal, in 2019 and flew in this beautiful airport...one of the best in Africa. This scenery depicts exactly what I saw. Attention to details make it enjoyable and want to fly in MSFS 2020, I would like to request that you add more African airports with details like this one (GOBD), I feel like African airports are a little bit neglected in a Sim world. I'm pretty sure that if you craft other African airports like GOBD, you'll be in this business for long. I'm particularly requesting Doula and Yaounde, the two main airports in Cameroon.

Very fun plane to fly, especially in VR but definitely needs more work, optimisation and love in the future. It works for what it is and for around 20€ I'd say it's worth it. The included liveries however are of questionable quality at best.

Does not even come close to the quality of the MB339. There is no "feel" to the flying, it feels like an arcaded game.
