Tianjin Tanggu Airport (agricultural Airport) is located near Lvju River in Tanggu, 6km away from Tanggu. With a total investment of more than 30 million yuan and covering an area of more than 200 mu, the airport is one of the five designated agricultural and animal husbandry air stations of the Ministry of agriculture and the first airport mainly used for agricultural and chemical operations in North China.
