FSDT products are always the best espacially because of their low prices! The performence of their products is always phenomenal! They always make sure that they cover all the details even the minor ones. I've been using all their products for a very long time now and i have never been disappointed. I highly recommend all their products!
I sometimes struggle to decide if some of FSDT airports are worth it. Screenshot at times look old. I wasn't even sure if this would be compatible with V5. Thankfully they offer a Demo. Works great in V5, and the airport does look very nice. Some textures could do with a bit more lifting, but overall this is a close one to KMEM (which I think is their best airport so far).
FSDREAMTEAM has done a fantastic goob with this scenery KIAH. This scenery is very detailed with amazing graphics on the airport terminals, ground, and other objects on it. It really feels like the real KIAH. The scenery is very FPS friendly taking in considerartion the amount of stuff this scenery has to offer. In conclusion the scenery is fanatstic and completely worth the price.
I didn't purchase this scenery through simMarket. I purchased it directly from FSDT's website. I'm not sure what the main reason for low star reviews, but I give it a 5 star, because this is a great scenery. FSDT is known for putting out top notch sceneries, and a great support forum to boot. I use it for FSX and P3Dv3, and I'm getting great frame rates. It's an awesome airport to land and take off. Very sharp, and a must have if you like flying to southern Texas.
This is starting to get ridiculous. I recently wrote a review for GSX and gave it a generous 3/5 stars, all due to the VIRTUALI created Addon Manager. Here I am, 2 hours in, after KIAH has been installed on my system for almost 7 months now (working fine till now), trying to uninstall Addon Manager and reinstall it in an attempt to get the product to work. As of now, the airport loads as an unpainted runway with grey textures all around it. Prior to me getting to this point, I would load KIAH and it would give me numerous decrypting errors for each of the terminals at IAH - the answer was to download the update for the scenery (albeit not found on the product page for the scenery). I did so, and now here I am with a blank scenery. Again, when the product works, it looks great! But why does it have to be so difficult to have a scenery that remains great and free of update and accessibility problems because of the Addon Manager?
