Las Vegas McCarran ( see the Wikipedia article here ) is a scenery developed for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX) and Flight Simulator 2004 ( FS9 ). It's has been created with great attention to visual quality and performance, using the latest available programming techniques, both in FSX and FS9.

The product is sold as 2 Products in One. This means, by buying one version, you will automatically get the other for free, since activation and serial codes are shared between FSX and FS9.

Requirements

The FS9 version is compatible with FS9 with the 9.1 upgrade installed.
The FSX version is compatible with FSX+SP2 minimum, or FSX+Acceleration Pack or FSX:Steam Edition, or Lockheed Martin Prepar3D ( the latest version of every supported major release, for example 3.4 in P3D4 or 4.4 in P3D4 ). Windows 8.1 is the minimum supported OS.  This scenery fully supports DirectX 10.0. Prepar3d V5 and V6 are supported as well.

FSDT products are always the best espacially because of their low prices! The performence of their products is always phenomenal! They always make sure that they cover all the details even the minor ones. I've been using all their products for a very long time now and i have never been disappointed. I highly recommend all their products!

I love this airport and almost all of FSDT's products. I own almost all of their sceneries. I do wish, however, they would more quickly respond to changes at RL airports that have been published previously. Example, this version of KLAS doesn't have the new international terminal E. KORD is still missing the additions of the other two 28 runways and the closure of runway 34R. These changes happened years ago. I understand the emphasis on new products, but major updates to existing airports would be greatly appreciated. Still, great products!

Unbedingt noch abwarten! Die Entwickler haben für die Zukunft eine Überarbeitung angekündigt, die dann auch das Terminal 3 beinhalten soll, das zwar seit mittlerweile Jahren in Betrieb und noch länger im Bau ist, sowie diverse weitere bauliche Veränderungen. Trotzdem ist die Szenerie für ihren Release-Stand der Dinge ausgezeichnet gemacht, vorbildgetreu, da stimmt fast alles. Leider beschränkt sich FSDT auf den reinen Airport, so daß für die weitere Ausschmückung der Drumherums weitere Anschaffungen bzw Downloads nötig sind.

FSdreamteam have done a really nice job with their KLAS product. Overall the scenery is of a very high quality with good attention to detail and good frame rates to match. Flying a dawn or evening hop to LAX or SFO from here and back is a great way to spend a couple of hours in virtual flight. Would have given it 5 stars if they had also upgraded the Las Vegas strip scenery further, as it is you just get the standard FSX city scape.
