Description
Located in the municipality of Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, on the banks of the BR-116, Glauber de Andrade Rocha Airport was opened on July 23, 2019, replacing the city's old airport, Pedro Otacílio Figueiredo Airport, in which it was only possible the operation of small aircraft such as ATR-72, no longer supporting the demands of Vitória da Conquista and region. Now the new airport complex is able to receive medium-sized aircraft such as Boeing 737-800.
