This is a review of the SHOREHAM, BRIGHTON CITY AIRPORT (EGKA) scenery enhancement for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Created by long time developer, Raimond Taburet, this is a small but significant enhancement that improves the Asobo/MS default scenery of this picturesque little airport located on the English South Coast, very close to the South Downs National Park. If you are a fan of VFR flying in the beautiful English countryside, then this is for you! Its is not a greatest package and certainly not in the Orbx league - yet! But if you live in Sussex and know this area then you will appreciate this lovely little gem of a location in which to go flying. NOTE - Myself and one other purchaser had an installation issue where installing the scenery folders into the COMMUNITY subfolder, as is the usual practice, did NOT work. The simulation loaded 100% but refused to open at the airport! After contacting Raimond by email, the response was very quick - and by installing the scenery into the OFFICIAL\ONESTO-

Would like to give 5 stars because if you install it as your very first payware airport/scenery-
/feature product it works and looks great. Unfortunately like other users on their forum i have now lost all buildings in P3D. Reinstallin-
g does not remedy this problem and their web help does not fix the problem. I bought this in May 2020 and cannot recommend it if you have gsx (they have listed this program as the problem) as their object placer dll does not work with it. If they actually fix this one day for P3D then please disregard this review.

It is the first time when Sank Petersburg has good representation from immersion in the simulator. There is a great model of ULLI Pulkovo airport with a very accurate and excellent modeled surrounding of the airport for P3DV from Digital Design but unfortunately not the city. I spent 5 years in this great city full of architectural monuments, flying there many times so was very curious how will look on MSFS 2020. So the city regarding building structure looks very well and I was even able to find my university and dormitory, but the center part where on the banks of the river Neva are the main historical architectural buildings were very artificial generic buildings and the Petroplavskia fortress was one big cubic form. So the product Saint Petersburg landmarks change the view on the center of the city in much better immersion. Of course, there are still missing well-known buildings mainly around the Nevskij prospect , the main street of the city , also cruiser Avrora , but hope the authors will continue to add more monuments , buildings, and bridges. Yes, textures are not the best and this could be improved. Hope also that the authors will add great palaces in the surrounding of Sank Petersburg as Petergorf and Carskoie Selo. If this will happen the product will have a lot of supporters because Sankt Petersburg is one of the most beautiful architectural cities in the world. My marking is somewhere between 3.5 and 4 ,now I give as the first good attemept 4.

This version of KSLC is not accurate at all the terminals look noting like the real ones missing buildings the delta hanger not modeled the textures on the terminal all wrong PAc-Sim did a fantastic job for FSX and P3DV4 Short Final- KSLC for x-plane also available here is a fantastic representation of this airport I only can hope that short final and or Pac-sim bring there KSLC to MSFS 2020

Absolutely a must have for MSFS2020! Scenery is well done, feels almost true to life.

Missing buildings àapart from the main terminal , taxiway lights are in the middle of the taxiways on the east side of the airport , Taxi lines are misplace d onthe easside of the airport

(note: I am from St. Petersburg myself) So, I am giving this a very optimistic 4 stars for now - and that comes with the disclaimer that this will hold if the developer's promise to expand the pack more comes true. Improvements to the city were sorely needed, and this pack absolutely does fix the most glaring problems (I am so thankful it removed the horrible "skyscrapers" that were there instead of the Petropavlovka's cathedral spire and the Admiralty!) The buildings added are very welcome also, with a number of the most prominent landmarks now present and visible. However... I also have trouble recommending this one for what's currently there, even at the low price. The number of new landmark is very, very small - and so many important ones are missing. I can understand why the developer released this early but in its current state, but in my view they should have waited a bit more; at the moment, this city does not compare favourably to many other commercial city add-ons out there, even at this lower price. But again - what is there is very welcome, and if the developer simply continues to add more buildings, even at the same exact level of quality as now, it will become worth it. But it needs maybe 3 times more buildings than it has now, and could really use a few other fixes (if the current SDK allows it), especially when it comes to some of the terrain (there are "hills" in many places where Bing Maps falsely recognizes building elevation as ground elevation, resulting in some truly ugly street and buildings sticking out of hills). PS - I hate that skyscraper at Lakhta with a passion, but that is not the developer's fault at all :)

Очень некрасиво выглядят стыки мостов с поверхностью (например дворцового моста с васильевским островом) , не очень качественные текстуры. Особенно на адмиралтействе и на Лахта-центре это очень заметно. По воде разведённых мостов продолжают ездить машины, очень странно смотрится. Надеюсь что приписка про то, что в дальнейшем будут ещё и ещё новые достопримечател-
ьности и объекты не обман. А то что есть сейчас пока ещё сыровато. Connect-
ions of bridges with the surface looks not well (for example, the Palace bridge with Vasilyevsky Island), also some buildings as Gazprom tower (Lakhta Center) or Admiralty has very low-quality textures. Cars continue to drive on the water, between the raised bridges, it looks very strange. I hope that the postscript about "The product will be updated! And you will receive more and more attractions and objects." is not a cheating, if it's true there will be great landmarcks pack. But now it's 3*.

It needs much work. At this time it is a good freeware, not a product for 16€.
