Frans Sales Lega Airport or Ruteng Airport ( IATA : RTG , ICAO : WATG ) is an airport located in Ruteng , Manggarai Regency , East Nusa Tenggara. Ruteng is also known as one of the areas that has the coldest temperatures in Indonesia. The Aiport is located in the in the highest hill, some times the airport are covered in cloud, and can be quite challanging to land in those condition, some have dubbed Ruteng Airport as "The Runway Above The Clouds"
