Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is the main airport in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province in southern China.
Both airport codes were inherited from the former Baiyun airport, and the IATA code is derived from the historical romanization of Guangzhou. Baiyun Airport serves as a hub for China Southern Airlines, FedEx Express, 9 Air, Hainan Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines. In 2020, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on aviation, it was the busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic, handling 43.8 million passengers.
In 2021, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport was the eighth busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic, with 40.2 million passengers served, making it also the busiest airport outside the United States and the busiest in China. As for cargo traffic, the airport was the second busiest in China as well as the second busiest airport in the world.
The Lights have been added to increase the realism of the simulator. They are visible at great distances and over a wide area of the airport. Not only the buildings, but also the Arrivals and Departures terminals, parking and gates are lit in the same way as the real airport. Your flight will be completely professional and different with this product.
