Description

This add-on replaces the default MSFS ground textures on Lanzarote, La Graciosa, Isla de Montaña Clara and Isla de Alegranza with custom high-resolution color-corrected aerial imagery.

You will get the following version:

Version “Standard” (8.87 GB): high resolution, best ratio between sharpness of textures and file size – recommended for the majority of users

There is a "Premium" version which offers ultra-high resolution at densely populated areas. You can upgrade to the "Premium" version anytime at a discounted price. The discount is so high that there is no downside for you if you try the "Standard" version first and decide for an upgrade later.

Improvements of all versions over the default MSFS aerial imagery include:

realistic manual color corrections that make Lanzarote come alive
sharper image with more visible details (e.g. rock structure)
no green tint, especially no green roads
no clouds visible on the ground
higher resolution in certain areas

Bonus features (added with update V1.1):

removed incorrectly placed trees on the lava landscape, outside of cities and at the coast
removed incorrectly placed buildings, especially large warehouses instead of hotels

The Issue With Default Ground Textures

As you might have noticed, the standard ground textures in the MSFS are not realistic in some areas. The most prominent issue is the green tint that especially drier regions with less vegetation suffer from. There are green roads and clouds on the ground all over the world.
