Quite a typical release from Justsim: Not too bad really, nice modelling for the buildings, good integration into the surrounding ORBX Open LC EU.
Also typical, bad runway textures (still the same old tyre marks!) and no interior modelling of the terminal, even if it is one giant glass palace. Also the modelling around the airport's trenches is quite crude and not nice too look at with big gaps between their walls and the terrain.
What is inexcusable though is the fact that the runway lighting is completely wrong for runway 33. The runway end lights have been placed at the location of the OPPOSITE displaced threshold lights, plus parts of the runway lighting has some visibility issues as well.
All in all I cannot recommend this version of LFSB. I wish Justsim would work together with Digital Design for every release, the results are so much more accurate whenever both teams join forces.
Nice Airport, nice work. I just have one problem. I don't get any ATIS information... others with same issue or have someone a idea how to fix it? I read something that when there are ILSY and so one Appr... then this is an know bug on Prepar3d.
Airport is good overall.
Night lights not so much, centreline and touchdown zone lights not visible from a distance. Wish they would use better effects.
I would also say don't be persuaded by the on-line comparison review.
Thank you Justsim. This is another welcome airport for me, having flown in there before.
Justsim never make me spend half-hour with a configurator, testing what my computer can handle. What I get just works.
Their ground textures are great, No 'over-saturated' red-lines for instance. All the artwork is correct and sound.
The airport is always working correctly when I get there.
Justsim don't disrupt my flights with scripting error messages.
Justsim don't put files all over my computer.
It's up to a developer to decide what level of complexity is suitable. It's a sensible valid choice to limit the complexity to a 'practical' level. If I can't get 30fps, I won't fly there, because the feeling of smooth flight outweighs other bells and whistles. I also don't want to pay a fortune for complexity that I can't use (even on my high-level computer).
They might not be for everybody, that's also a valid choice. It's a personal thing. For me this is just the level I'm after and I'm never disappointed.

Basically a nice airport. I absolutely dont agree to the review comparison of a known online-magazine that states that it wouldnt even have winter textures. Thats of course not true.
The airport has really good looking PBR ground, something that many devs cant get done well like here. The texture from buildings are all crisp too. Only the windows of the terminal could be better done. The stairhousing shows it well, it looks great here with real seethrough glass.
Performance is great too. And the price is fair too. So i dont see any reason to give this airport the value it got on named magazine. Its a good airport. No masterpiece by far but a good airport.
Detaillierungsgrad und Performance sind recht gut, aber nicht perfekt.Im Verglich zur Realität fehlen allerdigs einige Gebäude, so z.B. im Bereich der General Aviation. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist o.k.
