Nice 3D-modelling with good texture colouring. I like the flawless FTX Global / OpenLC EU integration a lot. Unfortunately JustSim has - as in previous titles - messed up the runway lights completely. Still the flawed centreline lights which are only visible when on the runway but not on final, and have a yellow colour instead of white. Each runway direction features 2 separate green threshold lights, with the correct one being almost invisible and the wrong one visible from far away. And the CAT3 approach lighting for runway 26 is not present unfortunately, they have implemented something else which just isn't correct at all. I can recommend the scenery for daytime VFR flying, however if you like to do airliner ops during night or low visibility, this add-on can not be recommended.

Superb work from any angle! High FPS, low VAS, excellent performance at the highest settings. I cannot fault this scenery. At this sale price a real bargain! At normal price still excellent value!

It is good to see some new Austrian sceneries coming to P3D. Justsim's Novgorod already convinced me, so Linz was an instant buy. Linz might not be as spectacular as Salzburg in regards of landscape, but Justsim recreated the airport in fine detail. The 3D models look good and the textures are fine. Especially during wintertime Linz is real eyecandy. If you are looking for nice European airport for some regional flights with the Dash 8 - I can just recommend this scenery. Enjoy flying!

Very nice scenery, excellent optimization, I set all settings on Ultra and simulation gave me 50 fps with PMDG 737. Highly recommended, as well as other scenery of this company.

Tolle Szenerie meines Heimatflughafens! Alles sehr stimmig, gerade jetzt im Winter! Auch von der Stadt Linz wurde einiges umgesetzt. Allerdings scheint diese Szenerie besser mit P3D zu funktionieren als mit dem FSX. Beim FSX werden die Schatten der Bäume falsch dargestellt. Der Apron fällt des Nachts sehr dunkel aus, fast zu dunkel und entpricht nicht wirklich der Realität! Einen Stellplatz zu finden ist somit ein Blindflug zum Apron. Werden diese Mankos behoben gibts 5 Sterne!

I think this is a great addition to the existing Austrian sceneries. I really like the automatic seasonal switching (and the textures) as well as the rain effects on the runways etc. Support from the developer was also first rate when I had a question.

//READ MY ENGLISH REVIEW AT THE BOTTOM// Linz ist ja an und für sich kein besonders spektakulärer Flughafen. JustSim's Umsetzung hat mich dennoch davon überzeugt, die allseits bekannte Freeware-Umsetzung in den Ruhestand zu schicken. Für mich hat es sich gelohnt! Der Flughafen wurde realitätsgetreu und (seit dem ersten Update) fehlerfrei umgesetzt. Der Flughafen ist nun Out-of-the-box mit ATPHD East kompatibel. Farbunterschiede zwischen JustSim's Satellitenbild und ATPHD sind wirklich nur marginal und fallen nicht weiter auf. Positiv gefallen mir die statischen Flugzeuge (wenngleich die benutzte Austrian Arrows Bemalung leider nicht mehr aktuell ist. Schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn gleich die neue 2015er Bemalung benutzt worden wäre). Leider wurden am militärischen Teil keine statischen Objekte umgesetzt, was für mich aber nicht weiter ins Gewicht fällt. Die FPS sind auf meinem System hervorragend. Mit allen Reglern nach rechts läuft die Majestic Dash immer noch mit mind. 25 Frames am Vorfeld, im Überflug bekomme ich mind. 30 Frames. Insgesamt ist Linz performanter als das ohnehin wahnsinnig toll umgesetzte DD Salzburg. Klare Kaufempfehlung! ======================================================================================= Linz may not be the most spectacular airport. Its proximity to the Alps (and Salzburg for that matter) still makes it a perfect airport for regional or VFR operations. As JustSim managed to create an astounding recreation of the real airport, I took the well known freeware rendition of Linz to its well deserved retirement. Since the release of the first update, which got released only a few days after the inital version, the airport works without any flaws in P3D 3.1. The airport is completely compatible to Austria Professional HD East (ATPHD). Color differences between the satellite image of ATPHD and Linz are barely visible. The use of static objects, such as an Austrian Airlines Dash 8, is pleasing and brings the scenery to life (only downside is, that the developer used the old Austrian Airlines livery for the static aircraft and not the most recent of 2015). Also there are no static objects on the military part of the airport (which is not a real downside to me, as I never taxi around that area). Performancewise Linz is a winner. As the nearby city of Linz and the airport are rather small, you can expect good FPS in all circumstances. I got 25 FPS on the ground and at least 30 FPS in the air when flying the Majestic Dash. For all fans of the Alps, Linz is definitely a recommendation!

Kleiner, schöner Platz, sehr gut umgesetzt. Linz ist halt per se nicht der attraktivste Flughafen der Welt, aber die Entwickler haben den "Charme" des Platzes gut eingefangen. Framerates: top!
