The Epic LT / Dynasty package comes in three versions: Flight Simulator FS2004 version as well as Flight Simulator X and Prepare3D. The FSX version is a 'pure' FSX model package featuring DDS texture technologies, enabling the virtual pilot to fly in DirectX 10 mode.
The package features a 2D panel and a number of animations and visibility condition parts, such as luggage and tie-down mode features. The sound package also features a nice 'turbine' soundmix in the cabin sound mode, as well as new hydraulics and servo sounds.
The airfile of the Epic LT / Dynasty is quite polished and well tuned, having been given input by the Chief test pilot and VP of sales at Epic Aircraft Corporation, Mr. Peter Stiles. His direction also helped in the tuning of the PT6-67A Turbine output characteristics, such as temperatures, torque values, prop RPM, etc.
The Garmin glass panel system that feature 2 PFD's and a center MFD full screen GPS, feature a new 'easy to manage' feature where one will not require to navigate the system through various menu's. This enables a new Garmin system user to become aquainted with the system first. Later, the Epic virtual pilot can purchase a more elaborate system from sim groups such as MindStar so that the panel system traning can be more thorough and 'extreme'.

The plane is a joy to fly. Fast! Really fast for a prop driven aircraft and even rivals light jets.
My only complaint is that like at least one other of the Lionheart developers products has a super annoying loading bug. An error of unknown file pathway for certain audio files occurs and requires having to click “OK” no less than 200 times on the error message box before the plane loads and can be flown. When it finishes loading everything looks and sounds just fine, so I’ve no idea what the problem is. I have the same problem with their Epic Victory light jet. Reinstalling made no change. For that annoyance I knock off1 star. Otherwise this is a very nice product that matches up to the real thing (short of having real world experience) very nicely.
the detail is amazing, but it costs some fps =(
reacts very direct when flying, engine reaction is quite slow (compared to BE350) you can even see the blades turning depending on your setting
made me buy the viking too =)
The VC and cabin textures are basic with many free ware aircraft exceeding this standard. there is no glazing texture so its like flying an open cockpit.
The external model also disappoints. as you change the view you find that some of the underarrage fairings are so thin that they disappear.
I wish i could get my money back.

The EPIC is a GEM
Excellent work and a nice finish to a solid performer. Some finetuning to the Turbo Sound file, a little more on the FDE and a few small fixes to the overall package.
The shockwave lights add a great touch to the visual effects of the aircraft.
The PFD and the MFD in both the 2d and vc panels are first rate.
