Living Airports for OMDB provides dynamic lights to Dubai International for P3Dv4 and P3Dv5, has been optimized to work with FlyTampa scenery however could work on another scenery too.
Powered by SODE, now you can turn off dynamic lights or even change the color to orange, yellow, white or blue by just using SODE menu, no need to close the simulator.
