The position of PAPI on the runway 06 side is the position before the extension of the old runway.

Unfortunately the MSFS2020 version of this airport is extremely rough. It shows that it's a conversion of extremely old models and texture and 3D modeling aren't even close to today's standard. it is a pity, but I cannot recommend this airport at the moment unless it's radically improved. The quality offered is largely inferior to many freeware Japanese airports.
