Description
Ísafjörður Airport (IATA: IFJ, ICAO: BIIS) is situated in Westfjords, Northwestern part of Iceland.
The Airport resides at an elevation of 8 feet above sea level and it comprises of a single runway 08/26 with the measurements 1400x30 m.
It has one of the most difficult approaches for landing due to mountains in the approach path of runway 08.
