Details

The Bell 407 is a four-blade, single-engine, civil utility helicopter which is widely used for different kinds of roles all around the world, such as corporate and offshore transport, air medical services, law enforcement and electronic newsgathering.
It uses four blade rotor with composite hub that was developed originally for the US Army Kiowa Warrior. The Bell 407 uses a single Rolls Royce/Allison 250C47 turboshaft engine that provides more takeoff power, higher operation altitude and better high-temperature performance than its predecessor, the Bell Jetranger 206 which it was originally developed from. Its normal cabin configuration can provide space for two crew members and up to five passengers and can be configured with various avionics layouts according to the required roles.

I give just 3 stars because there is exactly 1 cockpit cam view. No copilot, no passengers nothing inside. That’s dumb and half. Otherwise the helicopter is real nice. I bought it because of the KIRO 7 news chopper livery goes well with my Seattle city scenery, and I live here. The other liveries are nice but an American police chopper would have been nice. The handling is pretty good too and generally good behavior all around. Can’t aim the search lights for some reason. Good buy on sale but with the strictly limited cockpit view full price should be avoided.

I like that Helicopter works for me perfect, well as a beginner of Helicopter flying. Still have to learn to fly it. I come from Aircraft fly experiences! It works perfect with the XRP GTN 750 Integration too. It is made for Flight1 GTN 750 integration, but I have the XRP GTN because it use the brand new simulator from Garmin with newer NAV Map and informations as the old one using by Flight1.
