if you are looking for a touch of realism this is the atc program for you.
pf3 has the ability to render atc for vfr and ifr flight plans , from the simple direct route to complex sids and stars. Because of the many options in pf3 it gives you the ability to customize everything.
there are to many features to list but I would recommend this program to any one who is serious about making their flight as real as possible.
This is excellent ATC add-on. It is ten times better than inbuilt ATC. You can configure every aspect of it to make it as real as you want or as easy as you want. Many things to configure scared me at first, but 2-3 flights later i got everything under control. It has vast amount voice packs - 120 i believe, with many different accents to make you really feel flying into different countries.
Inbuilt co-pilot can communicate instead of you to add additional realism, or just set radios if you want. It can also fly simpler aircraft en-route, but can't land them (nor i would want him to have all the fun hehe). He will also give you taxi instructions, which is awesome.
I use it with P3D V4.2 and it works even if it is not listed as supported.
It is kinda expensive but after just couple of flights i can say it is worth it.
