WWW is a set of ground textures enhancement for Microsoft® Flight Simulator X.

WWW comprises the entire planet and four (4) seasons plus the rigorous winter (extra in FS), that makes it five (5) seasons!

These textures represent all natural zones visible around the world: Rocks, mountain pastures, plains, deserts, marsh (with effects of water), forests, tundra, savannas, glacier and snows, coral, hardened lava, yellow sand, white sand, black sand plus surfaces around certain airfields. The other zones of the world are automatically merged with the WWW textures.

The product includes more than 3300 textures and over 2Gb of data.

How it works?
Textures of WWW replace those of FSX by new textures, in particular, those which have a desert aspect, while them returning more coloured and detailed. They were carried out on the basis of photograph taken in different part of the world.

Although few years old this texture package is terrific and improves scenery over default textures tremendously: much more variety, sharpness and colour. For this price this is a must have addon and sets the bar really high for upcoming ORBX World which will be still far more expensive. Thumbs up!

Also ich habe gerade das Addon installiert, und mir noch die Open VFR Mesh für verschiedene Länder geladen, und ich muss sagen, die Textur ist der Knaller. Erst habe ich mit FPS-einbußen gerechnet, aber nichts dergleichen ist passiert. Nein, verrückter Weise ist es genau andersherum. Ich habe mit dieser Textur eine wesentliche Verbesserung der flüssigen Darstellung erreicht. Kaum zu fassen,denn so detailliert wie diese Texturen sind, müsste es eigentlich das Gegenteil sein. Mein Testflug in LOWI, sowie in den Schweitzer Alpen, lief beeindruckend gut. Ich habe nun ja schon einige Erfahrung in Sachen Ground Enviroment, und beim FS9 sowie auch beim FSX schon einiges getestet, aber dieses Addon schießt den Vogel ab. Man hat hier den Eindruck, das verschieden Moose auf den Bergen wuchern, dass raue Felswände mit Spalten vorhanden sind, wobei auch die 3D-Wirkung hier nicht zu kurz kommt. Also da bekommt man was für sein Geld, und ich kann es nur jedem dringend empfehlen, der auf realistische Phototextur keinen Wert legt. OK es gibt mit Sicherheit hochwertigere Addons, aber keines dass für einen solchen Preis diese Qualität bringt. Aber da gehen die Meinungen meist sowieso auseinander, weil jeder andere Vorstellungen hat. Für mich ist dieses Addon 5 Sterne wert - ohne Wenn und Aber!

I like this one very much too. Looks great when using with an extra landclass enhancement (like UT) and some good mesh in mountain areas (FSG or freeware). Very nice add-on for a pleasant price.

I've been using this product for over a year and I happily continue to do so. It is "Wonderful" indeed! Works well with other scenery enhancements, I use Taburet myself and they compliment each other very well. Great job OLG! Regards, Bruce

Tout à fait d'accord avec l'avis précédent. Le monde devient merveilleux avec FSX et WWW. On imagine le travail effectué pour arriver à ce résultat avec le nombre de textures que contient FSX. Un seul mot : Bravo

le problème pour la version téléchargable est reglé et flight simulator x devient magnifique avec ces textures !
