Simply the best scenery I have ever seen ! Crowded of tons of very well detailed buildings, makes Rio de Janeiro one of the most exciting place for flying, with an amazing view, blue waves and all the famous touristic points . Because de complexity of the local mountains, we can choose different (some illegal) aproaches, flying between huge moutains, in a very challenging final approach . The scenery has a very good definition, and makes our experience as real as it gets ! Finally , good news for low buget PCs : I am flying on Rio at full controls, with a stable 20 – 25 Frames per second , with payware add-ons, not tons of them, but enough for a confortable flight, on a – unbelieveable ! - APU AMD A-10 7850K , Kingston 120 MB SSD, 16 MB RAM memory, WITHOUT DISCRET GRAPHIC BOARD, at a half cost of an Intel + GForce. Congratulations, Paulo Ricardo !

Habe auf diesen Moment gewartet, wo das Addon zwischendurch billiger ist, denn ich habe es nicht für den FSX, sondern für X-plane 10 gekauft und es dafür konvertiert. Donnerwetter, hätte nicht gedacht das dieses Addon sich so umsetzen lässt. Ein paar kleine Ungereimtheiten musste ich natürlich korrigieren. Christus hatte es nämlich seitlich an den Berg verschlagen, und der Flughafen Santos Dumon leuchtete in Phosphorfarbe gelb. Und einige doppelte Straßen musste ich beseitigen, aber jetzt sieht es prächtig aus, und ist sogar mit super Beleuchtung in der Nacht. Hat sich für mich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Ach ja die Framerate ist bei mir überhaupt nicht beeinflusst worden, trotz der Menge von hohen Gebäuden, wie auf den Bildern. Ich wette wenn es ein direktes X-plane-Addon gewesen wäre, hätte es der Grafikkarte die Hosen ausgezogen. Sollte man öfter so machen, auch wenn es immer ein Risiko ist. No risk no fun!

This is definitely one of the best scenery packs available! It has so much stuff contained in it, when put next to Mega Sao Paulo, you can't see it all in one day. I will purchase whatever Paulo puts out, he doesn't forget any details. With the Summer Olympics coming up in Rio (I would love to see an update with 2016 Olympics facilities/ AutoGen if possible), you should get this for your virtual world! It took a couple of times to redownload some of the bin files before the exe file worked all the way through, well worth the wait. Well, overall this is one very beautiful city - Paulo whats next, I'm ready... Brasilia? Manaus? Porto Velho? Palmas? Porto Alegre? or Campo Grande?

As someone who has flown the shuttle service to/from São Paulo-Rio de Janeiro, I am thrilled to see the both cities so accurately depicted by Paulo Ricardo. This Mega Rio de Janeiro package contains a very detailed reproduction of this magnificent city. The visuals are stunning, and the impact on performance is minimal. I highly recommend purchasing this package along with the follow on Mega São Paulo.

This is one of the best FSX Sceneries that I have purchased ..I am very pleased that I bought it...It does take a long time to download, but once downloaded correctly and follow instructions...the scenery loads into FSX like a breeze....Also, I get really good frame rates with this Rio product...Get it!!

One of the best´s addon´s for simulation in Brazil. Including not only the SDU airport, but the entire city of Rio, and all the way to São Paulo. Friendly frame rates for low end systems. Just like Flavio say´s: a must have product for FSX users ! Ps: Almost forget, Natal city and SBNT as bobus !

Comprei antes também, sem dúvida alguma que é fantástico, frames amigáveis de dar inveja a muitos cenários estrangeiros. Seria bom se todos os desenvolvedores tivessem a mesma lógica de programação que o Paulo, onde o mesmo aproveita bem o hardware sem pesar em nada nos frames e com detalhes incríveis. Parabéns mesmo Paulo.
