I've been flying using this for a while and I'm going to give the headsup on what I truly think.
Firstly this is a 25 Gig download and is a MASSIVE improvement on the stock FSX scenery and the resolution is good enough down to about 1500 feet. There's a definete lack autogen and objects but you can always download free products that would definitely help and some of the great freeware airports out there (FTX free German airports blend well and the usual payware from Aerosoft et al would be fine (although unless the freeware states I would advise some third party mesh for your favourite areas. The fields and urban topography look fantastic -especially when combined with my REX softclouds.
Now for the criticism.
Some of the coastal blending is not as good as the Megascenery US titles. There are patches of default bleeding through - especially in the northern baltic coastline island chains such as Borkum and Nordeney. One island is completely white! I have detected a couple scenery tiles where there are clouds covering the topography and those that do not blend well with the adjacent tiles where a little re-toutching or colourisation would not have gone amiss. As I haven't flown the whole of the scenery I can only speak for the 'corker'as you fly west out of Barth. It's a shame that more attention to coastal detail in Megascenery European areas is not quite up to scratch. It's almost as if being a US company, 'oh it's Europe so it doesn't matter so much'
Other than the above niggles I would advise anyone who enjoys flying in Germany with 'as-real-as-it-gets' views from above 2000ft, to get this title as long as you have the hard drive space to accommodate.
I've given it 4 stars and it wouln't have taken much to get the 5 had thet addressed the above issues.
