Description
Melilla, an autonomous city of Spain in North Africa, is situated on the eastern side of Cape Three Forks, bordering Morocco and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The airport in Melilla is primarily operated by the regional airline Iberia, Air Nostrum, with approximately 12 daily flights. It poses challenges for pilots due to the approaches to both runways, which are VOR approaches and close proximity to the airport, located near the Morocco border.
