Stuttgart International Airport (EDDS), is an international airport opened in 1939, it is the main airport in Stuttgart, In 2022, the airport handled 11.0 Million passengers on 85.600 total flights. This makes Stuttgart the sixth busiest airport in Germany with 11,832,634 passengers having passed through its doors in 2018.

We have created a very highly detail version of Stuttgart International Airport and the surrounding area with all of the latest technologies when it comes to 3D modelling and scenery development. I wrote a bad review for MSFS2020 (see below). Now I tried it on MSFS2024 and it works fine, very detailed - a bit strong on the FPS though.

|I bought the add-on yesterday. I tried to run it and the frame rates were so bad, it was unplayable. Today I decided to check it in more detail. Switching between DirectX12 to DirectX11 in the option setting in the simulator made a night and day difference in terms of performance. I have an OK system: Amd 7800x3d with 32gb ddr5, Amd rx7900 GRE. MSFS 2020 with Sim update 15, Windows 11. but with Direcx12(Beta) performance is horrible. Minimal starters with DIrexX11 enabled.

Strong warning! The ILS frequencies are missing: Support has been "definitely looking into it" for more than 9 months now. From a payware scenery I expect an airport to fly and not only to look at. A wrong or missing ILS should be corrected within days. For this, it's money thrown out, even in sale...

Well i bought it and installed it but half of the building is not there i texted RDPRESETS via their E-mail but they didnt answered so yeah i wouldnt rather to buy it (sadly) sorry :/

Really bad performance, even on a good system. Wrong spelled "Messe Shtuttgart". Static GA aircrafts are a way too big (double sized SR22). And many more. After all a big disappointment.

Leider ein ähnlicher Reinfall wie FeelThere für Stuttgart. Die Szenerie an sich ist nicht schlecht, insbesondere die Gebäude sind gut getroffen, aber es gibt viele andere Mängel. Der größte Mangel sind m.M.n. die enorme Anzahl an statischen Flugzeugen. Fast das komplette GAT steht voll mit Fliegern, dazu noch am Cargo Apron. Das Ganze ohne Konfigurationsmöglichkeit um diese Flieger zu entfernen (in MSFS gibt es für Flieger am Boden extra eine Einstellung und ohne Konfigurationsmöglichkeit nehmen statische Flieger nutzbare Stands weg). Daneben gibt es Rollbahnmarkierungen, die die Centerline der Runway nicht treffen. Viele CAT II/III holding point Markierungen fehlen. Die Exit1 / Exit2 Markierungen am GAT fehlen. Das Höhenprofil scheint ebenfalls nicht ganz 100% zu sein. Wäre hier mehr auf Bodenmarkierungen geachtet und eine Konfigurationsmöglichkeit für statische Flieger / Bodenfahrzeuge bestehen wäre die Szenerie um Einiges besser.

An sich schön gemachter Airport. Performance ist bei mir in Ordnung. Bei den wichtigen Themen bzgl. der Akkuratheit der Runway usw. fällt der Airport zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt komplett durch. Die Runway Threshold Höhen stimmen nicht mit den Charts überein und leider stimmt damit auch das ILS nicht. Ergebnis: der Versuch einer Automatischen Landung endet mit einem CFIT. Trotz Reports direkt beim Entwickler ist selbst in Version 1.2 kein Fix enthalten und es ist auch keiner angekündigt. Daher lässt auch der Support sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Die Freude war groß als eine neue Version von EDDS angekündigt wurde. Anfängliche Performance Probleme wurden teilweise durch Updates behoben, sodass es bei mir inzwischen flüssig läuft. Allerdings besteht nach längerer Nutzung der Eindruck, dass bei der Entwicklung falsche Prioritäten gesetzt wurden. Der Flughafen hat zwar ein sehr schönes Interior, elementare Dinge fürs Fliegen sind aber nicht oder unkorrekt umgesetzt. So ist immernoch das ILS auf die 25 viel zu tief und auch der für Stuttgart sehr bekannte runway slope wurde nicht implementiert. Auch die Begrenzungslichter auf den Taxiways sehen merkwürdig aus und es gibt leider überhaupt keine Stopmarkings bei den Parkpositionen. Hoffentlich werden einige der Punkte in Zukunft noch behoben bzw. ergänzt.

An sich schön gemacht.Rollfeld überladen mit Passagiertreppen und sonstiges die überall herumstehen.Im Cargobereich stehen Passagierflieger(Ai) Seit der Installation (trotz deaktivierung des Ashobo EDDS) kein ILS auf 07/25 RDPresets konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen.Wieder Deinstalliert schade
