This is my first purchase of a realflying product and I have to say that I was really surprised to get a long 1 hour video for only 9.90€. For me as a real ppl pilot from the netherlands it was really well worth the money. I wanted to visit switzerland many years before and with these flights I got amazed of those airports. Especially the approach to locarno is one of the best I have ever seen. The video shows many mountain scenes and all parts of the flights which are great for understanding and planning. Also the landscape in italy is very nice and the approach to albenga was well recorded. Some footage from the outside would have been great, but that doesn't hold me back for not giving 5 stars because of the g1000 views and the atc. I will fly to those airports in future and can recommend the video to all who loves the general aviation and are flying themselves.
If you look at my last two reviews, of other REAL FLYING aviation films, (Cessna Mustang and C340 II), you will see that I gave high scores and lot's of praise. This film however is extremely disappointing and not at all worth the price. The entire film has been shot with a single camera that appears to have been hand held by someone in the right seat of the C172. The problem is that all you get with this film is views outside. Want to see the G1000? You will hardly get a glimpse of the MFD (right side) and indeed you will not see the PFD (left side at all). You don't get to see a single hand on a yoke, it is just 1 hour of external views. If you want to see external views of Switzerland for 1 hour, buy this film. If you want to see the C172 or G1000 do not.
