Featuring the 2 major runways, Fairbanks also has a snow/gravel runway for small aircraft seeking to depart quickly. The lake in the center of the airport is also host to numerous floatplane operations. you can choose to depart the water runway directly from the fs menu, or choose the starting point 21 to start your flight beginning in a open hangar on the general aviation side of the airport. The interior of the Terminal has also been modeled to add to this comprehensive and immersive simulation. Much care has been taken to assure the absolute highest standard of reconstruction of every single building on the grounds.

Notes
This product features our simInstaller technology and is available after purchase via our APP only.
It'll certainly do the job but I think there is room for improvement here.
I'll try to keep this brief but my observations were
- missing centreline lights on a number of taxiways in random sections
- snow completely covering the main apron, runway and taxiways (I think this can be improved nowadays using the sdk)
- floating crates that I spotted near the perimeter fence at the entrance (that one is nit picky admittedly but worth the mention)
- A strange green tint to the windows (which only seems to be visible during the day. At night, the windows use a far better clear texture)
- My GPU (an RTX 3070) usage spikes to 100% when looking at the main terminal. Whilst I didn't notice any major frame drops, for anyone with
a lower spec GPU, I'd be curious how well it runs.
- The scale of the windows and the positioning of them seemed a little off to me as well (maybe a bit too high in relation to the floor inside?)
Granted a lot of this shouldn't affect your flying experience at all but for someone looking to buy this airport, never hurts to know beforehand.
tl;dr: It's okay but could be better and I wouldn't blame anyone for sticking to the freeware version at this time.
Absolutely fantastic version of Fairbanks! This is a must have if you enjoy flying the beautiful state of Alaska. There are so many fine details, the developer has really created a masterpiece here!
