It's good, but not spectacular. The enhanced area is brighter than the default scenery (which is especially obvious at night), and is extremely small (about 1x1 mile). They haven't even touched the adjacent Oakland Bay bridge, although you can download a freeware mod that fixes that. Still, this is the best (and the only) San Francisco mod for MSFS. The buildings are beautifully lit, and they are visible from afar (from KSFO and beyond). Huge improvement over the default monstrosity.

Engine *sounds* itself are really good. Their implementation, tho, are not that great: some sounds may stuck and continue playing at inappropriate moments (e.g. full thrust sound while taxiing). Official "solution" from a developer: turn sim sounds on/off with the "Q" key. Customer support is also very rude and unhelpful. And then there is infamous "GPWS warning bug", which still wasn't fixed at the time of my purchase.
