I purchase this product (avia flight monitor) and I had trouble to install it ,so I wrote to Mr Mark Foti and I had a response ,I would say 3-4 hours later,and I wasn't able to install the product no more (whitch was my fault) and I had to ask him for more help,and he reply to me as fast as the previous time.Let me tell you that he was patient with me.And now I have my issue solved.I will by later more product from aviaworx because the conceptor was there for me.Thank again Mark Foli
