So many varieties and liveries to choose from! The product comes with many wheel versions, many ski versions and many float versions (including one of the float versions has wheels so you can land on a solid runway too). Lots of nice cockpit detail in both the "newer" versions and the "older" versions of the Beavers. And great engine sounds. Wow! And I love the fact that several of the included airplanes have a Garmin 296 mounted on top of the 3D "dashboard" so you can see it without having to call up a GPS window! One reviewer said that there were no 2D panels but, in fact, several of the versions do have 2D as well as 3D cockpits -- but not all of the versions have that. (I found a 2D panel on one of the "older" float planes, as well as a 3D panel.) The only negative is a problem that I find with nearly all FS aircraft, including the "stock" aircraft that come as part of MS FSX. The problem is that you can't see the instruments in the 3D cockpit AND simultaneously see out the front windshield -- unless you zoom out to a 50% perspective. Of course this makes the instruments a bit harder to read, but at least you can watch your instruments while keeping your eye out for other aircraft in the sky. But this is a problem for nearly all Flight Simulator aircraft, so it is NOT a problem that is unique to this Beaver product. I think it's a great VFR aircraft for flying low and slow -- just the type of flying that I love. It's well worth the price.
