Fantastic product! This gives me a great reason to keep flying in P3D. I've always loved this aircraft, and flying it in P3D is so much fun. The attention to detail is amazing and really showcases what's possible with the platform. I only wish I could fly this plane in MSFS. Perhaps someday (I can always dream!). Until then, I'm happy flying this in P3D. Absolutely worth the price!
Sorry in advance, this review is going to sound like a fan boy rave. But this is hands-down one of the BEST purchases I have made for MSFS. I always wanted a replacement for the FlyTampa Kai Tak scenery /airport for MSFS and P3D and this is definitely now my favorite version. I no longer have a reason to launch the old FSX version anymore. It really shines its best when paired with the SamScene3D HK scenery. The level of immersion is just fantastic. Try a dusk IGS13 approach with the details cranked and you'll be astounded. I only wish that some day, Asobo will be able to get a better DEM for the area. That would literally make this area the poster child for this sim. Fantastic work, Model Instruments! I would give this a 10 if I could. I cannot wait for your next scenery project! Excellent product! Fuerteventura is tranformed in certain areas, especially along the coast near Corralejo, where the downtown areas are crisp and are a joy to fly over. There is an overall sense of coherency with this product, with no deviation in color and hue. And the absence of green roads makes this add-on worth the price alone. With that said, there are areas where the resolution should be higher, but overall it's an excellent add-on and improves the scenery considerably. The autogen objects also populate nicely on the terrain, and the default digital elevation model just seems to conform better with this ortho. Based on my experience with this product, I'll be purchasing the Lanzarote product because I love flying over the Canary Islands. Great work, Island Creations! Please offer a new Ortho for La Palma!
The dedication to updates from the developer is truly incredible and offers tremendous value to this purchase. And the visuals are top notch, it adds a subtle, additional layer of visual reality to an already amazingly realistic looking sim. Worth every penny.
Thank you France VFR for this incredible add-on. This is one of the best add-ons I've ever purchased for MSFS. All of the VFR objects make a huge difference when trying to fly VFR between cities and in the more rural areas. After installing this product, I realized just how much more realism was added to an already amazingly realistic sim. The more you fly with this add-on, the more you discover what has been added. It's like a treasure hunt! Fantastic! I hope France VFR would consider creating this sort of mod for other areas of Europe and the world. I've been flying in France for hours now and I find it difficult to fly in areas without the added objects. It is really noticeable. This is a wonderful product. Highly recommended.
