ST SIMULATIONS - LJBO - BOVEC AIRPORT MSFS

ST SIMULATIONS - LJBO - BOVEC AIRPORT MSFS

Absolutely beautiful Airfield locatied in the even more beautiful Triglav National Park in Slovenia. A short hop from both Ljubljana and Lake Bled, two of my favourite airports and IRL locations this airport is ideal for the GA flier for everything from mountain flying, landing on grass Runways, as a stop for a cross Alps Bush trip or even to imagine work part time at a Sky dive club. If fly around Slovenia or the Alps this is a must

SCENIC ROUTES - LJLJ - LJUBLJANA AIRPORT MSFS

SCENIC ROUTES - LJLJ - LJUBLJANA AIRPORT MSFS

I bought this the SECOND was available, as Ljubljana is my favorite place on Earth. I went there inter-railing in 2019 and just have been obsessed ever since. I waited to write this review for a few days however as due to my love for Ljubljana and the price (which at first I thought was steep but wow I was wrong!!) I wanted to go through LJLJ thoroughly for my review and I have to say I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY and amazed by what this gifted team have made. It definitely shows from the first time you load in, how much love and effort was put into making this add on and how valuable the help from Ljubljana Airport was to give the Scenic Routes team the ability to make this airport to such a high quality and with realism at it's core, especially so close to the new terminal opening! There are so many handcrafted models (150+) around the airport from the terminals & warehouses, Aircraft maintenance area, plane graveyards and animated Go Kart track (Which is impossible not to love!!) and then the 3cm data scan of the entire field the Devs managed to arrange to do with a drone meaning the runway and aprons have oil slicks, paint, marks and rubber stains exactly where they should be in real life and the wider field is how was when took the scan. Both of these really bring the immersion of MSFS to new levels. You could load in and go into drone mode to get the whole experience even, arrive at the airport, go through check in and baggage, do a quick shop, have some rest at the canteen while look out at planes from the modeled terminal then go fly, all in a balanced way that doesn't cause huge FPS loss for your sim but still being accurate and nice to look at. The only improvement with the terminals from my view would be people going about their day. Not only is the main airport terminal modeled in great detail, there are civilian and military hangers as well as the numerous cargo delivery warehouses, airport facilities, animated go karts and other services all represented in impeccable detail. The small, however meaningful details such as the fencing, plane graveyard, radar towers, static PC-9 and storage tanks are all given just as much love as the always noticeable terminal or UPS building which really brings this airport to life and proves that every detail and part of this airport mattered to the development team, as it should. There are a few small things I had noticed and reported but will mention given the detail I find myself going into to for this review and give the full picture. The ATC tower desks textures are quite low quality, which is a shame as I enjoy sitting in ATC watching other traffic at times. I also found rain and snow comes through the ATC windows, but doesn't in the terminal so suspect the roof has a "leak". However these are very small things, based around the ATC tower which gives the devs an area to work on and overall that have no negative impact on my enjoyment or experience and having talked to Yorgos (a Dev) I was told that all reports are being looked into already, with fixes for most coming soon, so it would be really unfair to let that in any way impact my overall review as I wouldn't of noticed nessicerily if hadn't been doing such a deep dive. With all that said, I can very easily see Scenic Routes being said in the same breath as devs like PilotPlus in the near future when talking about the best Airport, or even in general, developers around as this really is a WORK OF ART not just an airport add on. The level of detail in such a small area is incredible and gets me as excited every time load so thank you so much Scenic Route for your work on bringing this incredible rendition of LJLJ to the simulator.

BIJAN HABASHI - ENHANCED FALL SEASON FOR UK & IRELAND - MSFS

BIJAN HABASHI - ENHANCED FALL SEASON FOR UK & IRELAND - MSFS

Yet again Bijan releases another top quality product at a great price even when consider need the 4 seasons pack for this to work. I have flown all around the East Midlands, Manchester and Yorkshire Mores, all places spent a ton of time and while the placement isn't 100% Bijan never claims that it will be and also is committed to his work so if you see any issues Bijan will fix it if he can. Would definitely recommend this 4 seasons improvement Fall ( Or Autumn as we call it) for the UK even at double the price and I hope to see a Spring version.

YSIM - SUBSONEX JSX-2 MSFS

YSIM - SUBSONEX JSX-2 MSFS

Updated review for V1.1 Really fun little jet. Handles really nicely and a joy to fly. Become one of my main choices because its so versatile. It takes a little bit of adjusting to the landing but it only takes a few tries and becomes natural. This update added parking breaks which was a great addition and great to see that community feedback was listened too. Currently the oxygen system also doesn't sem to work. The gage is there but you can't turn it on or off however it's more a candy feature but given how "minimal" the cockpit is, I really would love to see that added. The screen has 2 modes, the G3X which is nice for basic VFR flying especially if mostly use the default aircraft aviaonics but you also have the MGL with 3 options of display, which when activated show smoke status, any aerobatics and the G force shows and it also helps keep heading in aerobatics by showing the ideal line to keep on track.I also love the fact that when you retract the landing gear, you can see a little bit below the plane, which can be helpful to look quickly at both to see where lined up but also because it's easy to check if gear is down. I have bought way to many planes for this simulator and for the cost, enjoyment and difference this is a must buy in my opinion and one of the coolest planes we have so far with the only really similar plane being the Cri Cri jet version which I find this different enough (being small and jet powered is basically where the similarities end) that I wouldn't say if already have the cri cri and enjoy it not to get this. If torn between the two, I'd have to say I'd pick this as you will have a blast if pick this up and you can count on Y-Sim to keep up the great work. Keep it up Y-sim and I look forward to seeing what the updates and future products you bring to the simulator ???? P.S the discord is a really amazing space and you will find any help or answers to questions you may have there!

Really fun little jet. Handles really nicely and a joy to fly. Become one of my main choices. It takes a little bit of adjusting to the landing and there seems to be quite a bit of bounce while slowing and you have breaks but not parking breaks. Currently the oxygen system also doesn't work. The gage is there but you can't turn it on or off which yes it's more a candy feature but given how few switches there are I really would love to see that added. The screen has 3 options of display, which show smoke status, G force and helps keep heading in aerobatics. I have bought way to many planes for this simulator and for the cost this is a must buy in my opinion and one of the coolest planes. WING42 - BLÉRIOT XI MSFS

WING42 - BLÉRIOT XI MSFS

This aircraft is an amazing bit of history so felt I needed it in my hanger. It hasn't disappointed, I can't say this plane is my go to for slow flying or sight seeing but sometimes you can't beat just going to your local airfield in this beautiful Bleriot XI and just taking off. The learning of how to fly this aircraft also provides so much fun and the manuals are great. I especially love the fact has flight ideas and that this comes with 3 versions so you can be totally realistic or enjoy a slightly easier flight depending on your mood, accessibility needs and skill. Thank you Wing42

INDIAFOXTECHO - T-45C GOSHAWK MSFS

This is my go to jet for flying. I will say the MB-399 is better for areobatics however I love the feel of this and the cockpit visually is amazing. Plus the manual is so comprehensive alone that could be sold for a few quid and be justifiable. Huge love and respect for IndiaFoxtEcho and their work.
