Program does what it says it's going to do, easily and without too much fuss. Would be 5 stars except I feel the price is too high. Advanced edition offered nothing I was interested in so I opted for the Standard version and don't regret the purchase (except for price.) You can use any of the included default aircraft in any flavor of Microsoft Flight Simulator, and also add most any 3rd party aircraft (SWS Kodiak, JF Turbo Arrows, Carenados, PMDG, etc.) Not sure about helicopters as I'm not interested in rotary wings but I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere. Load a plane onto a runway, turn on the flight director and within a minute you can setup an approach to fly over and over again. Start downwind one time then change the approach to vectors, left or right traffic. Change altitudes, weather, wind. Developer has numerous videos on YouTube.

I, too, live about 20 minutes from KTRI. We're probably neighbors and don't know it. Travis' review above covers everything about this addon so I won't repeat it except to stress it is much, much better than the Asobo/MS default. IRL it's a pleasure to fly into and out of Tri-Cities Regional Airport. Might be a little pricey for a regional airport in MSFS2020.
