Here to redo my review with 5 star rating. With the most recent update, performances issues fixed; Terminal glass textures improved and redone; lot of missing things like manholes, fences and some buildings here and there are now correctly in place and well done. Developer was super kind and very welcome to hear any possible and useful feedback for OTHH. 5 stars well deserved for sure. Perfect job.
