I really wanted to have dortmund in msfs because I often flew into holidayfrom there in real life so for me this was a must have. i have to say its not perfect but its ok for the money, there could be some better ground and building textures and night lighting, the taxiways are a little bit bumpy, this could also be a problem only with my system (full community folder). For those who have problems with the ils: if you use navigraph, remove and reinstall the airac cycle in the navdata center (updater). I had the same problem with other airports and this fixed it for me.
