VIRTAVIA - F7F-3 TIGERCAT MSFS20

VIRTAVIA - F7F-3 TIGERCAT MSFS20

I want to love this, I really do. But there are glaring issues. Sounds: The mix of the sounds would be okay if this was for FS2002. This is 2023, and we have so much better sounds and sound mixes, this is just a let down. Not to mention the wind noise in exterior cameras is just unforgivably loud. Textures: No sign of high res textures or PBR materials. Cockpit textures can be very hard to read until very zoomed in. Modeling: The modeling is actually quite good, although there is some light bleeding through the model in the cockpit where there shouldn't be, overall the model is nice. Flight control surface animations seem a bit soo slow to be realistic however. Also, would love to see a more WWII style cockpit and/or the Asobo default pilot avatar used. The current pilot model looks terrible. Flight: While I've yet to compare numbers from a manual, she's at least decent to fly, no complaints there.

SWISSMILSIM - MORANE D-3801 MSFS

SWISSMILSIM - MORANE D-3801 MSFS

While I really want to love this, because I love warbirds, and especially unique ones, this is currently leaving me very disappointed. I've tried to fly it twice, both times result in unrecoverable engine failure shortly after take-off. I go to the manual to see what I'm doing wrong, and the manual is ONLY in French. Next main issue, is for the asking price, 2D gauges are a no-go. Should this receive some much needed further development, I'll happily give this another try, but until then, it's going to sit in the hangar and collect dust.

JEPPESON2001 - KFFZ - FALCON FIELD AIRPORT MSFS

Absolutely phenomenal scenery! First Casement Aerodrome Baldonnel, now Falcon field! The detail of not just the airport, but the little additions of static aircraft, restaurants, post office, hangars, moving hangar doors, it's all wonderful! A worthy addon for anyone's simulation experience.

Why Piracy Hurts Everyone

Piracy undermines the dedication and creativity of developers. When you download or distribute pirated add-ons, it impacts the creators' ability to continue producing high-quality content. This affects the entire community by reducing the availability of new features and updates.

Consequences of Piracy

  • Legal Risks: Engaging in piracy can lead to severe legal consequences, including fines and prosecution.
  • Security Threats: Pirated software often carries malware, risking your personal data and system security.
  • Lack of Support: Unauthorized copies do not receive official support or updates, leading to potential issues and vulnerabilities.

How You Can Help

  1. Purchase Legitimately: Always buy add-ons from authorized sellers like SimMarket to ensure you receive authentic products.
  2. Report Piracy: If you encounter pirated add-ons, report them to the authorities or the original creators.
  3. Educate Others: Spread awareness about the negative impacts of piracy and encourage others to support developers by purchasing legitimate copies.
