PIXEL COWBOYS - PYRO

PIXEL COWBOYS - PYRO

I grabbed up the freeware "lite" version of this little helo because it looked like a blast... It took me about 2 minutes to go shopping for it here! THIS THING IS AWESOME!!!! My new favorite helicopter for just cruising around for fun. I have the CeraSim Bell 222B for "family flying". This little devil is right up there for the fun and adherence to "as real as it can get". LIKES: -WICKED fast... 300+ in level flight, with 330+ available in a dive, but BE CAREFUL or it will start doing evil things to you! -Hovering... As the POH states, it's VERY touchy on the controls at low speeds. Hovering is a cinch, but it takes a VERY gentle touch. -Visibility... The "glass floor" style of cockpit, large one-piece windshield, and big side windows make for a fantastic view anywhere you look. This setup really does well if you have "photoreal" scenery. -Sound pack... NOT the stock FSX Jetranger sound files! It's defintitely different, and because it changes with collective and altitude changes, it's much more "realistic" than that annoying Jetranger whine. -Styling... WOW. 'Nough said. DISLIKES: Honestly... none. Oh there's the twitchy, evil-minded way the controls go wonky during aerobatics, or the way it will snap the tail around in a hard power-on stop, but that's covered in the POH too. It's part of the high-performance setup... go easy, keep a high twitch-rate in your controls, and it's manageable. Get lazy or overconfident, and you will induce an LTE in absolutely nothing flat. Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with this little Pyro!

Why Piracy Hurts Everyone

Piracy undermines the dedication and creativity of developers. When you download or distribute pirated add-ons, it impacts the creators' ability to continue producing high-quality content. This affects the entire community by reducing the availability of new features and updates.

Consequences of Piracy

  • Legal Risks: Engaging in piracy can lead to severe legal consequences, including fines and prosecution.
  • Security Threats: Pirated software often carries malware, risking your personal data and system security.
  • Lack of Support: Unauthorized copies do not receive official support or updates, leading to potential issues and vulnerabilities.

How You Can Help

  1. Purchase Legitimately: Always buy add-ons from authorized sellers like SimMarket to ensure you receive authentic products.
  2. Report Piracy: If you encounter pirated add-ons, report them to the authorities or the original creators.
  3. Educate Others: Spread awareness about the negative impacts of piracy and encourage others to support developers by purchasing legitimate copies.
