Overall, it’s decently averaged (6/10), but at $9.50 plus a 3% transaction fee for this package for Vietnamese buyers, I would say this add-on is quite expensive for what it offers. All of the buildings you see are included in the add-on, as well as the night lighting—but that’s about it. There are many famous landmarks that I think should have been included from the start, such as the Independence Palace, the People’s Committee building, Duc Ba Cathedral, etc. The metro line is also very limited. I'm would happy paying 20$ more if the devs have finished the entire city, but unfortunately, it is not.
