I visited the real Siem Reap a few years ago and was impressed by the traditional style but modern wooden airport buildings, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, both landside and airside. This scenery does full justice to the airport with excellent textures and stunning gardens. To add to this three of the famous temples are reproduced with photo-real textures and have to be seen from ground level to fully appreciated. Well worth the price and the flight time (about half an hour east of BKK.
