I bought this for the heliport area and it is not modeled. In fact there are trees in the approach and landing area. Besides this the airport is partially an outdoor terminal and there is nothing modeled accommodating this distinct feature. The cargo area is indistinct and the building models are very simple blocks. It is marginally better than default and a total disappointment. $10 I should have spent on an overpriced coffee.

Another little gem from NSS. Definitely worth the price of a latte in Waimea (yes things aren't cheap in this neck of the woods)! This is a great rendition of another Hawaii airport and also improves the surrounding area. It's the small touches that are the mark of a great addon designer and NSS are no exception. Textures, hangars, clutter, passengers - it's all here. Although I would love to see animated passengers like some of the new sceneries have. Either way well worth and five-stars from me. Really hope to see Kona and Hilo done from NSS in the future. Oh, and thank you Northern Sky Studios for making near, far and dear places even better to visit in MSFS!
Wow, wow and wow! Sums is up pretty well to be honest. When I ever I install a new airport scenery I always get that feeling of nervous anticipation wondering how it's going to look and most importantly perform on my mid range PC...... After installing and slewing around a while, I can honestly say I will be buying every scenery FlyTampa creates from now on. Considering the size of KSFO the frame rates are remarkable with 100% UT AI on my 2.8Ghz, 512 RAM PC. The textures are soft and yet dirty creating the illusion of oil staines, weather worn walls and shadowy nooks and crannys (sp?). A few vehicles are animated but unfortunately the docking gates are not. This is the only point against FlyTampa add-ons. However, the airport is full of ground handlers, cars, trucks, freight containers, buses etc. all uniquely textured giving a very real feeling. In a way I think this scenery is a work of art. San Francisco International is a classic. Go get it.
Fly Tampas ability to create extremely frame rate friendly sceneries, while keeping details to a max, continues with this impressive add-on. The textures give the look of an airport 'in use' and not squeeky clean like so many payware sceneries. You can almost smell the grease and oil, the textures are that good. San Diego's approach, for those who don't know, is unique in the way you actually fly 'through' downtown with skyscrapers to the left (mostly) and the right. Martin has modelled the infamous garage on R27 perfectly and this scenery is almost worth the money for this alone. Lots of active cars move about, even on the 405 freeway. The only downside is the jetways aren't active but I can live with that! Go get it....
