Installed this scenery yesterday, as I have been wanting to explore Nepal with the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended. For the price of VNKT scenery, and the nice details it includes, this is a real bargain. Thai Creation did an excellent job on this scenery as well as the Paro scenery. With FSX sliders nearly maxed out, the exception of AI traffic (30% aircraft/no road or boat traffic), I get solid 30 FPS using the Twotter with this scenery. Makes it more of a joy to make the challenging flights from VNKT to Aerosoft's Lukla airport and vice versa. I use Opus weather engine for more accurate weather depiction....what a great combination! Frankly I am surprised more people haven't written more positive reviews about Thai Creation's masterpiece.

Taxi2Gate has done a fantastic job on this scenery! I always wanted really good scenery for MHTG, as I like the challenge of flying VOR approaches with different types of jet aircraft. The photo scenery as well as FS Genesis brings the MHTG area alive with challenge. Using this scenery with MyTrafficX Pro set at 50% fills all parking spots, too. The scenery is so detailed and have found no texture shimmering at all. With Autogen slider to very dense, frame rates locked at 40, this scenery doesn't bog down the frame rates on my i7 2600K system. I highly recommend this scenery!

Very nice scenery indeed! Although I haven't spent much time flying around Mexico, I decided to buy this scenery and spend more time exploring the country. I'm glad that I did :o) I initially bought version 1 about a week or so ago and then received an email from the developer stating that version 2 is available for purchase for a very low price for version 1 owners. Typically developers like to provide free updates for current owners but I suppose this particular developer hasn't caught on to that idea yet. At any rate, I spent the few US dollars to upgrade and didn't see much of a transition from V1 to V2. Moreover, I wrote the developer an email concerning the proper installation of V2 since I already had V1. There are no instructions for V1 owners, so if you aren't adept at such things, one may have V1 and V2 installed at the same time. This will not work well at all. Uninstall V1 and only use V2. I have to say, the developer responded to my email within 15 minutes of writing to him about the lack of instructions for V1 owners and several other small issues with the scenery. I was quite impressed with his prompt reply. Moreover, Cesar did indicate that there are known issues with the AFCAD of MMMX and it is currently being worked on. All-in-all, this scenery is quite detailed and has ALOT of eye candy. Frame rates suffer while on approach and shortly after take off, however. I generally get 50-60 FPS at many addon airports I have but this airport drags them down to 25 and 30 FPS while on approach...with the PMDG aircraft in particular. Fortunately there have been no out of memory errors or CTDs with this scenery. Take a chance with MMMX on bad weather days...especially since the airport has a field elevation of around 7,700 ft. Makes low visibility transitions to the ILS quite interesting with the mountainous terrain surrounding the airport. This scenery is definitely a must!

I feel that I have wasted $32.00 on a piece of absolute junk! I really should have waited until this aircraft had been on the market for a while longer in order for Wilco to iron out many of the major flaws with this package. The only plus to the aircraft is the external texturing of each livery...that's it! The 2D panel is half functional and the VC is just as bad. Moreover, the autopilot buttons are "blacked out" and have zero clickability. The only way I can turn on the autopilot is through an assigned key stroke in FS9 for the AP. The FMC is way too limited for my taste and for the money I paid for it. You can only import a flight plan from FS9 or set up your own waypoints, and choose departure/arrival runways with some varying SIDS and STARS but that's all there is to the FMC. Forget about using FL change or VNAV for descents. The aircraft will descend at -500 ft/min no matter what. The aircraft does fine while using the FLCH during climbs and will level off at the assigned altitude. However, the aircraft loves to porpoise in level flight while in the upper flight levels. At a 30 degree angle to capture a LOC, this aircraft will fly through it and come back to hunt it down again and again. It will not fly the glide slope well at all. Sick of the way this airplane handles an ILS approach, I have hand flown each one so far. Also, don't use full flaps on approach. You'll need 75-80% power just to keep enough speed on approach! Well, I could continue my tirade against this horrible product but my fingers are getting tired.

Stunning realism! If you have the PSS 757, don't hesitate to replace the RR sound file with this one. You will not be disappointed!

I am quite surprised that I haven't seen this section filled with positive reviews regarding the P&W sound set. This set is simply awesome! Synchro-Soft has developed mutiple sound sets for various type aircraft and engine types and have done an outstanding job on each one. I got this sound set for the PSS 757 the other day. What a great purchase! I highly recommend this set over the default PSS one.

After installing the sound folder for this aircraft, which is very simple, I was taken aback by the realistic engine sounds as well as some other cockpit features you hear with this set(flap selection,etc). I replaced the PSS 777 sound file with this one and have enjoyed the difference it has made...well done Synchro-Soft!

I have had the Dreamfleet 727 for quite some time now and noticed this particular sound set for the 727. WOW! I am impressed with the quality of the engine sounds and the immersed realism of them. For me, this was a very smart purchase. Moreover, installation was quite simple. I'm sure that those who have this product are not disappointed!
