Franjo Tuđman Airport (Croatian: Zračna luka „Franjo Tuđman”; IATA: ZAG, ICAO: LDZA), also known as Pleso Airport, is the largest and busiest international airport in Croatia. In 2017 it handled around 3.1 million passengers and some 12,000 tons of cargo.
Named after Franjo Tuđman, the first President of Croatia, the airport is located some 10 km (6.2 mi) south-east of Zagreb Central Station[4] at Velika Gorica. It is the hub for the Croatian flag carrier Croatia Airlines as well as Trade Air. A base of the Croatian Air Force is located within the airport complex, in barracks called "Colonel Marko Živković". An administrative centre of the Croatian Air Traffic Control is also situated on the grounds of the airport.

After much hesitation I decided to give RFSB a chance, despite the fact I am very much against their strategy (or laziness?) of not offering SODE animated jetways. I always wanted a great Zagreb scenery so I said to myself, well, principle or not, I go ahead and buy this one.

The scenery looks good overall with smaller issues here and there. Both the old and new terminals are modelled perfectly and in general the 3D models are of superior quality. The night lighting is also impressive.

Not so much the textures, especially on the new terminal building. I find it a bit low in resolution for today's standards. No terminal interior, no nothing. Just a flat image, and it shows, especially at night, and especially when viewed from close, such as sitting at the jetway. It is not bad but not fantastic either. Same applies for the ground textures of the green fields within and immediately around the airport. Nothing special. Not bad but could do with better. If volumetric grass covered more of these green fields, at least near the taxiways and aprons then it would be less noticeable but grass has only been placed in patches here and there, I guess in order not to jeopardize performance. By the way, performance is alright.

The tarmac textures are pretty cool and the ground markings are fine, but unfortunately, things have changed in Zagreb since then and thus the current layout is already outdated. The developer promised an update that will make the scenery layout match the actual layout of the airport but I want to see it happen, to believe it.

And then we arrive at the jetways. RFSB so far have never ever included SODE animated jetways despite the vast majority of their very own customers begging them for it. I don't particularly like developers who simply do not listen to their customers. And I am afraid that now that GSX Level 2 offers SODE jetways, this is going to make RFSB feel even more comfortable and perfectly fine with their habit of not addding animated jetways.

The problem with this is that the jetway models included with GSX Level 2 cannot match the look, the style, the size and the colour of every single jetway at every single airport, which will result in unrealistic "generic" jetways being added. The only acceptable solution is developers taking the time and making the effort animating their jetways through SODE.

If the jetways were animated, I would have given a star more, but this way it's defintely not worth more than two. If you desperately need a Zagreb scenery, sure, go ahead, there is much to like in this product but for the reasons outlined above I can't wholeheartedly recommend a product of a developer who ignores the requests of their customers.

I have got a few of RFSCENEYBUILDING airport packages and I have to say that this scenery is fantastic so as always a massive well done to the rfscenerybuilding team on yet another fantastic scenery package love everything about it lots of detailed scenery and even more five stars from me ;) :) looking forward to more fantastic scenery packages from rfscenerybuilding ;) :)

it Looks great. The terminal has characteristic detail and i see what's going on inside which is excellent scenery. I will buy it as soon as possible. I just have sent an email for the developer about the eglight taxiway issue and they will give an update soon

Great scenery, excellent FPS, beautifully modeled terminals. Could use extra ground clutter around the terminals and particularly the FedEx hub. The blue taxiway lights are WAAAAAY overdone, they are almost blinding on final approach in VR. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I won't buy the product until they fix some of these issues. It would be nice to see the tall light post and lighting by the FedEx cargo ramp, and I would like the gas station and subway store modeled since it's on the airport premises.

The Good: ---------
- o - Gorgeous Terminal with fully modelled airside interior with animated peeps. o - Detail models in general with HD texturing with PBR materials. o - Most buildings 3D modelled. o - 72 FPS in the PMDG 737 sitting at the terminal with no AI traffic running on my HIGH/ULTRA settings. o - Nicely lit terminal area and cargo area at night. Interior lighting good. The Bad: ----------
- o - Disonnected Jetways. They are off by a foot or two on many gates. o - HOLY BLUE EDGE LIGHTS BATMAN! Way to many edge lights. These need to be hand placed. Wish devs would stop relying on the SDK's stringer placement system. Make a 3D light model and hand place it in the proper locations! o - Night lighting missing from areas where it should be such as the parking lots and the west side ramps of the airport. There are HUGE 32' tall ramp lights there in real life. o - Lumberjacks need to cut down some trees on the airport grounds. Way to many trees taht don't belong on the airport grounds. o - Extremely low LOD level on the ground taxi markings making them pop in to view from the cockpit. We should never see taxi line textures popping into existence in visual range from the cockpit. o - Lack of clutter in cargo area and across the whole airport in general. Needs more lived in look. o - Weird terrain mesh in places but at least its not near the terminal area. o - Some poor ground marking mistakes Ove-

ions that show a lack of quality control. A few more days in the developer oven would have made a far better product worthy of 4 to 5 stars. I own all of Dominic's scenery and they get better with each new product as they learn the SDK. Nudge the jetways to the building, remove the excess edge lights, fix broken ground markings and bad LOD and toss some cargo containers and palettes in the cargo ramps and we'll have a winner!

Very disappointed. Color adjustment leaves trees and building shadows blue. Too many red roofs for houses, which is not usual for Montreal. Only conifer trees, when it is mostly broadleaf for Montreal. Many flat roofs are shimmering, which is annoying. Density of trees is also too sparse. I should not have bought it.
