The Missouri River, Big Muddy, is the longest river in the USA and flows into the Mississippi River at St Louis. This package covers a 300 mile section of the Missouri from Sioux City, 100 miles north of Omaha, south to the northern outskirts of Kansas City. It also covers a 30 mile stretch of the Platte River which flows into the Missouri on the southern edge of Omaha City.
One of the photos shows the coverage area. The package complements the Kansas and Missouri River Bridges package which covers the rest of the Missouri River to KSUS on the outskirts of St Louis.
39 default or missing bridges have been replaced by original bridge models with architecturally correct style and dimensions. Night lighting has been applied where appropriate.
POI’s have been placed at most of the bridges which are listed below with the number of bridges at those locations. Typically when there are more than one bridge at a location the bridges were built at different times with different styles or sizes.
